This refers to all furniture, art and accessories (all items that are easy to take with you, if you moved).
HOW IT WORKS
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO DO FIRST:
Schedule your free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your project and ask any questions you might have.
Share with us your floorplans (if you have any) and photos of rooms you like to do some work on. You can also send a sketch or a video if you’d prefer.
We will send you a proposal, and if you accept, we will send you a contract.
Once the contract is signed, and the deposit is made, we can get started on your project.
PHASES & PRICING
Below are the next steps:
Phase 1: On-site Consultation & Programming Outline $197
The objective of this phase is to evaluate the requirements of the project by:
Measuring and photographing the existing spaces to prepare drawings as needed.
Discuss the project’s specific needs and preferences with you while in your home.
Phase 2: Concept Development $397
The objective of this phase is to evaluate the conceptual design requirements of the project, and prepare and present design concepts for preliminary review.
Deliverables Include:
Moodboard Presentation based on Phase 1 findings.
Phase 3: Schematic Design & Design Documentation $997
The objectives of this phase is to define interior concept design, refine and develop layout plans, identify colors, materials, and finishes for each area, and produce the initial schematic design for built-in’s etc.
Deliverables include:
Shopping List (including 3 revisions to the material/furniture selections)
(1) 3D rendering of each room
Ordering of Finish Material Samples (as needed)
Phase 4: Purchasing/Procurement $597
This phase includes the purchase of all items approved from the presentation, including shipping, handling, and installation.
Deliverables Include:
A payable invoice for all items to be ordered for the project
Phase 5: Installation $75/hour
Includes the coordination of furniture purchases on a designated installation date. * This does not include shipping/handling/storage. Which will be charged on an as needed basis.
**All services must be paid prior to service being rendered.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional Revisions: $497/ room
Additional (1) hour Phone Call: $97
Additional selections outside the room being discussed: $197 per item.
AVERAGE COST FOR FURNITURE PER ROOM:
Below are some estimated furniture and decor costs based on each type of room; this does not include any building materials (listed above). Prices vary depending on size and scope of work.
Kitchen: $500-$1,500
Living Room: $5,000-$10,000
Entry/Mudroom/Laundry: $500-$1,500
Secondary Bedroom: $5,000-$10,000
Primary Bedroom: $7,000-$14,000
Dining: $5,000-$10,000
Office: $500-$1,500
Outdoor Area: $5,000-$10,000
